If you are experiencing any eye related concerns please call us to book in a comprehensive eye test. The prevention of eye problems or diseases is best managed through your regular eye test.
CLEAN YOUR GLASSES
Clean your spectacles regularly with soap and water.
CONTACT LENS CARE
Please do not reuse daily disposable lenses and remember to disinfect multiple-use lenses properly.
Contact lens wearers who are ill should temporarily revert to wearing glasses.
Once you recover, you can resume wearing your contact lenses.
Consider moving to daily disposable contact lenses.
HYGIENE IS CRITICAL
Good hygiene habits are critical - thorough hand washing and drying are essential, as well as properly wearing and caring for your contact lenses and ensuring good contact lens case hygiene.
AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE
Whether you wear spectacles, contact lenses or need no vision correction - avoid touching your face particularly your nose, mouth and eyes with unwashed hands.
RED EYES OR CONJUNCTIVITIS
Look out for conjunctivitis, it might be a sign of COVID-19.
